ADK’s Ann Roberts Receives 2021 Corporate Eagle Award From Florida Airports Council

ORLANDO, FL – The Florida Airports Council held its 2021 FAC Conference & Exposition on July 18 – 21 in Jacksonville. Each year, FAC recognizes a corporate member who has gone above and beyond in support of FAC members, events, and educational initiatives. This year, ADK’s Ann Roberts, Director, Marketing & Research, was presented the 2021 Corporate Eagle Award in recognition of her dedication to the Council and Training Committee.
Luis Olivero, FAC Chairman, presented the award to Ms. Roberts. “Over several years, Ann has made significant contributions to the Training Committee and its mission to support professional development and education for FAC members. She has shown a willingness to volunteer her time and expertise to develop training opportunities for members including the development of a certification program for Florida Airport managers and young professionals.”
He added, “We want to thank Ann for her dedication and thank ADK for supporting Ann.”
Ronald Klimley, FAC Training Committee Chair, highlighted Ms. Roberts’ dedication to FAC in his nomination for the award. “Over the past two years, Ann has been a passionate member of the FAC Training Committee and has been instrumental in helping to arrange several highly successful events in support of the training committee. This past year, the pandemic presented all of us with many unforeseen challenges including changing the way many of these events were (or will be) conducted. Ann’s skill and relentless desire to communicate with and support the team helped to ensure that these events were of high quality and delivered maximum value to all FAC members.”
