Blake Astran and Ann Roberts Attend Airport Leadership Development Program

The Florida Airports Council, together with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Direct Effect Solutions, held the 14th Airport Leadership Development program from November 14 – 17, 2023.
ADK’s Blake Astran, J.D., Vice President, Business Operations, and Ann Roberts, Director, Marketing & Research, participated in this year’s program which was held in Orlando, FL.
The Airport Leadership Development Program is conducted using four overarching topic areas, organized within the curriculum as modules that include Leadership Fundamentals, Leadership Application, Self-Management and Leadership Engagement. This marks the tenth year the ALD course has been offered and over 250 aviation professionals have graduated.
