Dan Sprinkle, A.A.E., to Speak at NWAAAE Annual Conference

JACKSON, WY – Dan Sprinkle, A.A.E., Senior Project Manager for ADK, will moderate a session at the 2022 Annual Conference of the Northwest Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives. The conference will be held in Jackson, Wyoming on September 27 – 30, 2022. Mr. Sprinkle’s session is titled “Hidden Gems – Identifying Future Leaders in Your Organization and Helpful Development Tools” and will be held September 29 at 3:15 p.m.
Joining Mr. Sprinkle on the panel will be Judith Olmstead, A.A.E., Assistant Director of Airports, Myrtle Beach International Airport; John Parrott, A.A.E., Airport Division Director, King County International Airport; and Fabien Vivier, A.A.E., ACE, Airport Planning Supervisor, Denver International Airport.
In this session, participants will learn ways to look inside their own organizations for future leaders. Speakers will provide tips and best practices for reaching out to younger professionals and create plans and programs to train, support and promote them into progressively responsible positions that lead to leadership roles.
The Northwest Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives was established in 1971 to promote airports by developing, connecting, and educating aviation industry professionals. The Northwest Chapter is affiliated with the national American Association of Airport Executives. Its membership region includes Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado and the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, and Northwest Territory.
