Linda Frankl Speaks With Aviation Students at Ohio State University

Linda Frankl, ADK Director, Senior Practice Leader, spoke with aviation students at Ohio State University about leadership skills and key attributes needed to help students navigate the aviation industry of today and the future. Ms. Frankl shared the technical and soft skills organizations are looking for in their leaders, resiliency and how to cultivate the talent of your team. The session included a question and answer period as well.
At The Ohio State University, students can earn an Aviation degree through one of the Center of Aviation Studies’ various degree programs. Students can choose between the Arts and Sciences Air Transportation degree with the Professional Pilot specialization, or the College of Engineering Aviation Engineering degree with the same Professional Pilot specialization.
