The Evansville Vanderburgh Airport Authority Appoints Jason Gillett, C.M., as Director of Operations & Maintenance

EVANSVILLE, IN – The Evansville Vanderburgh Airport Authority has appointed Jason Gillett as the new Director of Operations & Maintenance. In this position, Mr. Gillett will be responsible for overseeing the airport safety, building facilities, parking lot, and airfield maintenance departments. He will begin his new position March 18, 2019.
Mr. Gillett has been the Deputy Airport Director of Operations & Maintenance for La Cross Regional Airport since 2013. In that role, he managed the airport’s administration, operations, maintenance, parking and custodial staff. He has also served as Airport Operations Specialist for Dubuque Regional Airport and Airport Operations Officer for Tweed-New Haven Regional Airport.

Mr. Gillett received a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from St. Cloud State University. He is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and is also an Airport Certified Employee (ACE) by AAAE.
